Game Account Inquiry

1.     I entered the wrong account.
If you entered the wrong email, click the edit button on the top left of the start screen to edit your email. If you continue to use the wrong email, you will not receive a winning email, so please use the correct email.

2.     I forgot my pin number.
If you forget your PIN number, we will send you the PIN number by email.

3.     I want to change my email address.
If you want to change your email address, please click the edit button at the top left of the start screen to edit your email address.


Receiving prizes inquiry

1.     How do I know whether I win the prize?
You can check through the notice posted on the http://www.10kpop.com/ site. In addition, we will send you a winner notification by email address that you use in the game.

2.     I won the prize. How can I get it?
If you win the prize, we will send you a notification by email that you use in the game. Please check your mail box and reply with your address information. We will send you the prize.

3.     Is it really free?
All costs including shipping fee will be payed by the 'Fruit Gogo'. Be assured that there is no personal cost associated with receiving the prize.

4.     When will the prizes arrive?
Delivery times may be different by region. Prizes can be received within a month after the announcement of the prize, so please wait a bit more.


Heart, payment inquiry

1.     I don't have enough hearts. What should I do?
You can get 5 blue hearts for free by watching ads video at ‘Get Hearts’. And 10 blue hearts are automatically charged every day. Red Hearts can be obtained by purchasing hearts at ‘Get Hearts’. Please notice that Blue Hearts are free hearts which cannot be purchased!

2.     I bought red hearts, but I want to apply for refund.
Refunds for purchased Red Hearts can be received via email at 'Fruit Gogo' within 7 days of purchase. (The red heart received at the time of purchase can only be canceled when it is not used.) Please send us inquiry with your email address that you use in the game, pin number, and Google Play Store account information. Please notice that refund is not possible if any information is missing.

3.     The purchased red heart is not charged.
Red Heart may be delayed due to the time payment information transfer to Google. Please restart your phone then reconnect to the game. If red heart is still not available after trying the above method, please retry within 1 hour.

4.     4. I accidentally used a heart. Can I get it back?
Unfortunately, hearts that have already been used cannot be recovered. This is because changing what has already been applied may reflect a big influence to other users. Recovering the use of hearts will result in an exception, which has unfair consequences for other users. Please understand that this part is applied to all users who use Fruit Boom, and it is difficult to get help.
